Order Cancellation

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days. If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, please do so as soon as possible. You may send an email to support@sunsharetek.com to request a full refund, and we will cancel your order immediately and issue a full refund.

  • Please note that once an order has been shipped, we cannot directly cancel it. You may contact us to recall the order or reject the shipment when it arrives. Sunshare will provide a full refund after the shipment is successfully canceled or returned. Please note that your payment channel may charge a transaction fee (1.5% for credit card users, 2% for PayPal users).

  • If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order, please contact us at support@sunsharetek.com for assistance. However, we do not offer compensation for any losses resulting from the cancellation of crowdfunding or pre-sale orders, including but not limited to principal, interest, exchange rates, and opportunity costs. By participating in crowdfunding or pre-sale orders, you agree to assume any such losses that may arise from their cancellation.

 

Returns & Refunds

  •  At Sunshare, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product(s) to Sunshare within 30 days from the date of receipt.

  •  If you request a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase due to quality-related reasons, the corresponding logistics costs (including but not limited to freight, taxes, and customs clearance fees) will be borne by Sunshare.

  • If you apply for a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase due to non-quality reasons, the relevant logistics costs (including but not limited to freight, taxes, and customs clearance fees) will be borne by you. You may contact Sunshare customer support to obtain a return shipping quote. The relevant logistics costs depend on the region from which you ship the product, as well as the product's weight and volume, for reference.
  • Please note that return and exchange requests for non-quality reasons are only accepted for orders within 30 days of purchase. Orders exceeding 30 days will not be eligible for refund or exchange without quality issues. If the product has quality problems, after-sales processing will be carried out in accordance with Sunshare's warranty policy. If this service policy conflicts with local laws and regulations, the laws and regulations of the respective country shall prevail.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at support@sunsharetek.com. Provide your name, the product(s) you wish to return, your order information, and sufficient proof of purchase (e.g., order number for online purchases through Sunshare or a sales invoice).

  •  Before returning the product(s), you must contact our customer support. Our team will inquire about the specific reason for the return to initiate the process. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • Return Address: One M, Liegnitzer Straße 34, 40670 Meerbusch, Germany. Attention: MaDebin-Sunshare.

  • You must also provide the serial number of the defective product and/or visual proof depicting the defect. In some cases, it may be necessary to return the product for quality inspection.

  • Sunshare's customer support team will respond to you within 1-2 business days to process the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). All returns must be assigned an RMA number for processing.

  • Please note that your payment method (bank/PayPal, etc.) may charge a transaction fee (1.5% for credit card users, 2% for PayPal users).

  • Products returned for non-quality reasons must be in resalable condition. All returned items must be sent back with their included product manuals, cables, and all accessories. We will not accept any returns if the product is damaged or if in-box accessories are missing.

  • Sunshare is not responsible for lost or damaged returned products.

  • After we receive the returned product(s), please allow 1-7 business days for refund processing. Please note that we only accept return and refund requests for products purchased directly from Sunshare. Customers who purchased our products from authorized retailers should contact the retailer directly for returns and refunds.

 

Replacement

    You may apply for an exchange within 30 calendar days of receiving the product if one of the following conditions is met:

    •  The product has suffered substantial damage during transportation, and the carrier can provide proof of damage to Sunshare;
    • The product does not conform to the original product description in one or more material respects;
    • The product has a manufacturing defect or performance defect.

    Replacement products or accessories provided by Sunshare must match the original products or accessories in terms of functionality and quality.

    To initiate an exchange, please contact us at support@sunsharetek.com, providing your name, the product(s) you wish to return, your order information, and sufficient proof of purchase. Sunshare's customer support team will respond to you within 1-2 business days to process the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

    After we receive the returned product(s), please allow 5-7 business days for exchange processing.
