Sunshare Ray allows the solar system to maintain exceptional performance in shaded conditions
September 4, 2024
Shading is the most significant factor affecting power loss in solar energy systems, as it prevents sunlight from reaching all parts of the panel, causing a substantial drop in energy production.
This issue is effectively addressed in the design of the Sunshare Ray balcony solar system. We have innovatively applied parallel connection technology into the system, and employed N-type TopCon 1/3-cut solar cells, allowing the solar system to maintain exceptional performance in shaded conditions.
N-type TopCon ⅓-cut Solar Cells
The ⅓-cut design allows the solar cells to operate independently, ensuring that the module consistently delivers peak performance even in the presence of temporary factors such as shading.
Wiring Solar Panels in Parallel
This setup allows each panel to operate independently, so if one panel is shaded or underperforming, it does not significantly affect the output of the other panels. As a result, the overall system can maintain higher efficiency and performance even when some panels are not performing optimally.
